Organisations make significant investments ($100M+) in Supply Chain Technology and Software (WMS, TMS, E-Commerce / Omnichannel, MDM, ERP, OMS, Forecasting and Replenishment, Store Inventory Management, Etc. They seldom realise the benefits identified in the business case for these initiatives.

Quantifiable benefits that can be achieved from holistic and collaborative Supply Chain Planning and Execution tends to be significantly larger than the sum of benefits from specific initiatives.

However, this requires cross-functional skills in diverse areas such as Finance, Merchandising, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation and Store Operations.
The program aims to transform silo-based planning and operations to a collaborative and data-driven decision-making capability.

It is expected that this program will significantly increase the probability of benefits realisation from various Supply chain initiatives and investments. It will create a culture of Supply Chain Excellence in your organisation.
